Introduction to 6000 Series Aluminum Alloy

    6063 rod is the most commonly used aluminum alloy in our aluminium profile production process. This aluminum alloy has excellent comprehensive performance, excellent anodizing performance, and a wide range of applications. Among them, 6063 aluminum alloy has excellent extrusion processing performance and is widely used in aluminum alloy profiles for Aluminium construction profiles, as well as Industrial Aluminum Profile for vehicles and furniture.

     6061 aluminium alloy has better strength, weldability, and corrosion resistance compared to 6063 aluminum alloy,its pipes, rods, and aluminium profiles are often used as industrial structural components. 6463 aluminum alloy, due to its bright appearance after anodizing treatment, is commonly used for interior and exterior decoration in buildings, and automobiles.

     6005 aluminum alloy is used for structural components with strength requirements greater than 6063. Adding manganese and chromium can neutralize the drawbacks of iron, while adding copper and zinc can improve the strength of aluminum alloys without reducing their corrosion resistance.
